you probably don't give a **** about that... so I put it behind a cut.
And here you have....
And here is how to make them.
All you need is a casserole with boiling water
Extra-virgin olive oil
Broccoli (yes... in italian you put 2 "c")
Pepper (green, black, white.. whatever...)
Red hot pepper
And of course.... pasta... (you should use "orecchiette", but I didn't have them... ho I used "penne") (oh.... another thing... being from Parma, I should have used Barilla's stuff, but for this time let's forget this detail... ok?)
The broccoli must be cut in little pieces
When the water is boiling, add some salt to it (una manciata...)
And then drop the pasta into the water :)
AND NO.... YOU DON'T (I MEAN DON'T) PUT OIL INTO THE COOKING WATER OK???
Stir (now... that's very important
After a couple of minutes, add the broccoli in
Ok... now that that's been taken care... let's put some oil into a hot pan
Ad the minced garlic and let it go for a couple of minutes
Remember to stir from time to time the pasta.
When the pasta is "al dente" (if you can't do it tasting it, well, follow the timing on the box and you'll be ok) remove it from the water, along with the broccoli, and put everything on the pan
Add the freshly grounded pepper
And the red hot pepper
Well... stir a bit, and then enjoy
